BuiltOnJev ("we", "us") operates builtonjev.com (the "Service"). There are no accounts, and we use no analytics or advertising cookies. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. Questions: support@builtonjev.com.
1. What we collect

We store a one-way hash of your IP address, never the raw address — with one short-lived exception: submission rate-limiting reads your IP in memory for a few minutes to cap spam, without writing it to the database.
2. How we use it
Running the directory and the spotlight board, deduplicating votes, rate-limiting submissions, counting clicks and visits (publicly and in aggregate), processing bids through our payment provider, and troubleshooting failures. We do not sell personal data, and we don't run ads or build profiles.
3. Third parties who receive data

We do not sell your personal data, and the Service doesn't use your submissions to train models.
4. Retention
- · Listings stay in the directory until they're removed — at an owner's request or for breaking the rules (see the terms of service).
- · Vote, visit, and click records are kept while the Service operates; the public counters depend on them.
- · Bid and payment records are kept as long as Waffo and applicable tax law require.
- · To have a listing of yours removed, or to ask about any of this, email support@builtonjev.com and include the link.
5. Cookies
The Service sets no cookies: no sign-in sessions, no analytics, no advertising.
6. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have statutory rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to its processing. Because the Service has no accounts, most of what we hold is anonymous or pseudonymous; still, email support@builtonjev.com and we'll honor applicable requests.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the Service evolves; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
